Ish Joseph is equipped with the tools to help youth succeed in sports and in life. He guides people outside of their comfort zone to discover their depth of passion and determination. He bridges the gap between athletes’ desires and their goals. Regardless of their calibre, people involved in his program increase their physical and mental prowess at sport and active living. Those who are in his elite level training program have the character to represent themselves, their family, their sport, and their country with pride. As an Elite Trainer and Coach for over 28 years, Ishmael Joseph has impacted 2500+ athletes of all ages and calibres, many of whom have won scores of medals, received numerous scholarships, and been recognized as leaders and all-stars in their respective sports and academic institutions. Working with athletes at all levels, from novice to elite, Ishmael has developed his programs from the ground up. Now he is dedicated to challenging kids to make positive choices through empowerment and the development of crucial life skills such as teamwork, leadership and discipline.
Steve Anderson is the first African American to coach an Olympic team in either indoor or beach volleyball. He is also the first African American to win an Olympic Gold Medal in either discipline. After an illustrious career playing both Indoor and Beach Volleyball Steve began coaching on the Women’s Professional Volleyball Tour. In 1995 Steve moved to Australia where he began coaching the Australian Women’s National Beach Team. He was named coach of the year in 2001 and his team was selected as co-International Team of the Decade by the FIVB. During his time in Australia he coached his teams to a total of 2 Olympic medals and 3 FIVB World Championship Medals. In 2013 Steve became the Head Coach of the Volleyball Canada Beach Program. Since leading the Canadian program, Canadian teams have won 17 FIVB medals and the Women’s team achieved the first ever FIVB World #1 Ranking.
Bobby Olympia is an NCCP Level 3 / Advanced Level Coach and has been successfully coaching volleyball for over 20 years. Bobby has coached both boys and girls teams across many age groups helping teams capture 7 medals at the OVA Provincial Championships and 2 medals at the Canadian National Volleyball Championships. In addition to his club coaching, Bobby has also been a club Technical Director and has coached in the OVA Athlete Development Program and Regional Team program.
